Reporting

To support for Generations to Come, TIP Group is expanding its Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) reporting efforts. Partnering with Watershed, a software-as-a service platform, enables us to calculate our scope 1-3 emissions so we can measure greenhouse gas emissions and implement targeted strategies to help reduce emissions across our entire value chain.

Expanding our reporting not only facilitates access to potential investors and green financing sources but also ensures compliance with upcoming regulatory requirements, including the EU's Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD). In 2022, we made significant progress in our Reporting program, implementing an internal database to track sustainability projects and conducting extensive analyses to address reporting gaps identified by the CSRD and European Sustainability Reporting Standards (ESRS).

We are already taking steps towards CSRD compliance by setting ESG targets, strengthening disclosures on sustainability governance, and integrating ESG issues into our formal risk management processes. Additionally, we're aligning our reporting with international commitments such as the UN Global Compact's 10 principles and the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). These commitments are integral to our business strategy and organizational practices, reflecting our dedication to sustainable development and responsible business practices.

Our contribution to the UN SDG’s

Out of 17 possible SDGs, we have identified five strategic goals for our company: Gender equality (SDG5), Decent work and economic growth (SDG8), Industry, innovation and infrastructure (SDG9), Responsible consumption and production (SDG12) and Climate action (SDG 12). These are the SDGs where we believe TIP Group has the most to contribute:
