TIP Hull offers a range of truck and trailer rental, leasing and maintenance and repair services from its branch, its team being skilled and experienced in all matters relating to truck and trailer hire, maintenance, repair and compliance.
The TIP Hull rental and leasing fleet size has increased significantly in recent years, especially in terms of tractor units and rigid trucks, from around 250 to nearly 2,500 units. Whilst the fleet has particular continued focus on trucks from 7.5 tonne upwards, it also includes a significant investment in electric vehicles and specialised vehicles such as cement mixers, aggregate trucks and trailers. The branch can be contacted regarding short-term rental or longer-term leasing requirements and the team will do its best to meet your needs for either.
Truck and trailer repair and maintenance services are provided via both a modern, spacious workshop and the branches’ fleet of mobile service units.
The branch has a 3-bay truck dedicated workshop, complete with latest truck diagnostic equipment, plus a further 4 bays for trailers. A further 2 bays, as part of its bodyshop, carry out body repairs & refurbishments. MOT preparation is offered, whilst a roller brake test facility is available.
The fully equipped ‘MSU’s’ provide repair and maintenance at customers’ own sites, and also roadside assistance in the event of a breakdown.
TIP Hull is located on a 1.75-acre site close to the M62 motorway, providing easy access for transport operators in the eastern region of the country. The office is a purpose designed 2-storey building that accommodates over thirty operational and administration staff.
