Lean Specialist For Operational Excellence

The role of the Lean Specialist For Operational Excellence is to lead business initiatives and projects across Europe focused on achieving operational excellence, process improvement, digitization to drive productivity in Operations.

TIP has an immediate opening in the Nordic Region for a Regional Lean Specialist. We are looking for a professional with a background and experience achieving operational excellence through digitization & process improvements.

How to get success in the job:

• You must be a results-oriented 'change agent' who is an effective business systems thinker
• Effectively communicate with all levels of the organization to maintain relationships and cooperation
• As a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, lead cross-functional teams to improve process efficiencies and effectiveness through the implementation of Lean and Six Sigma projects
• Project management: Create project plans and guide team members to complete projects in a timely manner

Responsibilities:

• Improve Operational processes and create and manage cross regional process owners to deliver process efficiency & productivity
• Create & maintain process policy & processes
• Execute customer focused, digitized solutions and processes
• Identify & drive Lean projects – Simplification (Regional)

Qualifications:

• B.A. or B.S. degree or minimum 5 years’ experience in six-sigma function
• Ability to demonstrate external focused project work
• Ability to assess tasks, prioritize critical actions and drive growth
• Change management expertise
• Fluent in Danish and English, plus additional languages preferred
• Ability to travel up to 50%
