    • Strengthen its positioning as leading full-service equipment solution provider by continuing to focus on their core lease and rental of trailers and vehicles through service excellence.

New Vision, Mission, and Core Values

The transportation sector is undergoing rapid change, driven by evolving regulations, climate action, digital disruption, innovation, and workforce transformation. TIP Group is focused on turning these shifts into growth opportunities, leveraging its core strengths. The new vision outlines TIP’s long-term goal, to offer full-service transportation solutions supporting its customers to drive economic and sustainable progress. Supported by the core values: team spirit, integrity and reliability and people at its core to deliver outstanding customer experiences.

"Everything we do starts with the customer. It’s not just about providing assets or maintenance—it’s about fully understanding customer's business, their challenges, and how we can help them succeed. That means making sure our solutions are easy to access, fully integrated, and aligned with their operations,” said Arjen Kraaij, Deputy CEO of TIP Group.

Kraaij: “As we focus on sustainability, innovation, and digital transformation, we’re also committed to making TIP a great place to work. Our culture of collaboration and connectivity is at the heart of everything we do. By empowering our people and aligning with the evolving needs of the market, we’re not just meeting today’s challenges—we’re preparing for tomorrow’s opportunities, together.”

Growth & Diversification

TIP Group is accelerating its expansion by strengthening its core leasing and rental business, with an expected fleet size of 100,000+ assets in 2030. The company is strategically entering high-potential sectors such as waste management, water services, and government contracts to diversify its offerings. Additionally, TIP is expanding its geographic footprint to 160 workshops, to better serve customers across multiple regions and reinforce its industry presence. By broadening its service portfolio, TIP continues to enhance its value proposition and market leadership.

Customer Centricity

TIP’s strategy is built on a commitment to seamless, data-driven, and customer-focused experiences. The company is streamlining operations to enhance ease of doing business and leveraging decades of industry expertise to provide tailored solutions. Digital transformation plays a pivotal role, reshaping how TIP connects with customers by ensuring the right data reaches the right people at the right time. By continuously developing value-added services and strategic partnerships, TIP reinforces its position as solution partner in the transport sector.

“We’re not just providing maintenance or leasing out equipment. We want to make our services seamless—whether it’s through digital solutions that make planning easier, mobile service units that reduce downtime, or predictive maintenance that prevents issues before they happen. If a customer needs something, it should be simple, fast, and frictionless." said Arjen Kraaij, Deputy CEO of TIP Group.
