TIP and Goodyear celebrate the renewal of their long-term strategic partnership and commit to a new 5-year contract
Amsterdam, 04 October 2021 – TIP Trailer Services and Goodyear are pleased to announce the signing of a new 5-year contract, thus combining TIP’s leading offer of equipment services with Goodyear’s long-standing tyres expertise.
Working closely together since more than 15 years, Goodyear will continue supporting the TIP fleet with their trusted smart fleet management system: Goodyear Fleet Online Solutions (FOS). The renewed contract -also includes the Goodyear Total Mobility offer, advanced Proactive Solutions and the support of a broad service network of over 2,000 locations in Europe alone.
Headquartered in Amsterdam, TIP operates a fleet of more than 110,000 trailers and trucks across 18 countries, covering Europe and Canada. This extended contract with Goodyear will upgrade TIP’s equipment with trusted smart fleet management systems, providing the best solutions for TIP’s various trailer types. “Back in 2006 we were one of the first customers working with Goodyear’s Fleet Online Solution on such a large scale. Since then, Goodyear has continued to tailor the system to our needs. We value the way the Goodyear team thinks together with us to find the right solution for our demanding operations. Digitize fleets to gain insights to further enhance value offering and efficiency.

With over 15 years' experience and over 400,000 trucks and trailers with Fleet Online Solutions (FOS), Goodyear provides TIP a digital tyre management platform to get the most out of the tyre lifetime and manage uptime and costs. This added-value service is aligned with the TIP strategy to offer a wide range of services to improve fleet performance and reduce operating costs.
